NxLeveL Returns/Refunds/Payment Policies

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the NxLeveL Online Store:

• You have 15 calendar days to return items from the date you received them. NxLeveL must receive items within the 15 calendar days.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from NxLeveL can be returned to NxLeveL.
• Returned items must not have been opened and in their original package. Opened items are ineligible to be returned.

The following items are ineligible for return or refund:

• Open items
• Electronic Downloads
• Special orders including orders for discontinued or out of stock inventory

How to Return an Item

Ship your item back to NxLeveL

To return an item to NxLeveL, contact NxLeveL first to receive prior approval. No items will be accepted that have not received prior approval from NxLeveL. NxLeveL cannot accept collect shipments.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. Original shipping boxes must be in ship worthy condition to return items. If not, items must be repackaged before returning.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated upon inspection of the item. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

• If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
• Products purchased on account will be deducted from the account and a new invoice reflecting the refund will be sent to the individual or organization making the original purchase.

NxLeveL Account Payment Policy

Organizations who wish to purchase on account must receive prior approval from NxLeveL. Account payments must be made within 30 days of receiving items from NxLeveL. If payment is not received within 30 days of receiving the items, the following actions will be taken:

• Late fees will be charged to the account at a rate of 3% per month on the outstanding balance.
• If it is determined by NxLeveL that collection procedures are necessary, any and all legal fees associated with this action will be the sole responsibility of the organization making the purchase and/or account holder.
